Yes, participants will receive a certificate of completion for each course they finish, which can be beneficial for professional development.
If you miss a class, you can access the recorded session to catch up. All our classes are pre-recorded, allowing you to refer back to them as needed. However, we encourage attendance at live sessions, as they offer interactive learning experiences.
Microsoft Office Software is required for the AI & Microsoft Office as well as Data Analytics with Excel Courses. Power BI Desktop is also required for Data Analytics with Power BI so installing them is important. Your instructor will guide you on how to install each of the tools needed for the course. Please refer to the specific course descriptions for detailed prerequisites.
You can take as many courses as you wish as long as you manage your time effectively! We encourage you to explore multiple courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Each class varies in duration depending on the type of course. Cohort classes typically run for 6 weeks, while private classes are scheduled based on individual needs and preferences.
The cost of our training varies depending on the type and duration of the course. Generally, cohort classes are priced at GHS 300 for a 6-week session, while private classes are GHS 100 per hour. For organizational training, pricing starts at GHS 1,000 and may vary based on specific requirements.
Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. If you are enrolling in a cohort or private class, please complete your payment before the class begins or consult the instructor for your payment plan . For organizational training, a deposit may be required with the balance due before or after the training starts upon agreement .
We accept two payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers and mobile money (MTN Mobile Money). Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
Each course is designed for a specific age group, with a minimum age requirement of 6 years. We offer classes tailored to various age ranges to ensure that all participants receive age-appropriate content and instruction.
To participate in our online courses, you will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and access to a web browser. Additionally, for courses focused on AI and Office Productivity Tools, Microsoft Office must be installed on your device. If you enroll in our Data Analytics course, you will also need Power BI Desktop and Microsoft Office installed. Specific software requirements will be communicated before the class starts.

If you decide to drop a class, please notify us at least 24 hours before the class starts to receive a full refund. If you drop the class after 2 weeks period, you will loose up to 40% of the amount you paid.
You will receive access to all class materials through our online learning platform once you are officially enrolled. Materials are usually available for your access and instructions will be provided before the start of the class
Yes, once you join the class, you have lifetime access to all course materials, including recorded videos, handouts, practice sheets, and other important resources, even after the course duration.
Yes, all classes are pre-recorded. If you miss a class or want to revisit the material, you can access the recordings for reference. However, recordings do not replace the live classes.
You can contact your instructor through our online learning platform. Additionally, their email addresses and contact numbers are provided on the course handouts, slides, and practice sheets.
